This artifact is a Strategic Plan Preliminary Working Draft completed for PBHL-H401: Strategic Planning in Health Organizations. In this assignment, I developed a strategic plan for Eskenazi Health by applying concepts such as environmental assessment, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis.

What I learned
I chose this assignment for my portfolio because it gave me a deeper understanding of the time, effort, and strategic thinking it takes to improve a healthcare organization. For this project, I focused on Eskenazi Health and analyzed its strengths and weaknesses, compared nearby competitors, and identified areas where the organization could improve. This process helped me understand how important strategic planning is in making thoughtful decisions that strenghten an organization.
