EARLY INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
I gained the chance to intern as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Public Health Connect, a consulting agency supporting nonprofit organizations, in a hybrid work setting. This internship included opportunities to work on small projects with the CEO, help plan and organize events for organizational functions, gaining hands-on experience in administrative coordination and event planning within a nonprofit consulting environment.
My responsibilities as Executive Administrative Assistant Intern included:
-
Preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
-
Organizing and maintained electronic files
-
Supporting executives with calendars, meetings, and correspondence
-
Assisting with planning and coordinating executive meetings and events
